Kyla Marsh is the Consumer Brand Manager at Dermalogica Canada. She currently oversees all direct-to-consumer initiatives including PR, Social Media, Influencer Partnerships and Events (Live Shopping). Prior to working at Dermalogica, Kyla spent six years in marketing for fashion retailers, which included launching consumer-facing shopping events at H&M Canada. She enjoys following new trends and learning new technologies to help understand what really drives consumers. Kyla was thrilled to make the switch to skincare, specifically for a brand that puts education and innovation at the forefront.
